How to

Get started with PinsPad

Install the extension, sign in with Google or an API token, and save pages from the side panel or the web app.

Install extension

Extension guide (Chrome & Opera)

  1. Install

    Chrome Web Store — click Add to Chrome. In Opera, use the same link (Add to Opera).

  2. Sign in

    Open the side panel or extension Options and click Continue with Google (same account as the PinsPad website). Or sign in at pinspad.com, open the account menu → Extension & API, create a token, and paste it under Advanced: API token in Options.

  3. Save a page

    Open the side panel from the toolbar icon. Use Quick save or pick a category from your pins list.

Categories

  1. Add

    Click + Category on the category bar, or account menu → Categories to manage them.

  2. Reorder

    Drag chips in the bar; order saves automatically.

Pins

  1. In the app

    New pin → URL, category, optional note → Save.

  2. In the browser

    Use the extension side panel on the tab you are viewing.
